Kat is an excellent Family Lawyer. She represented me in two separations/divorces over a 8 year period. She was kind, compassionate, logical, communicative and super protective and thorough in the court room. She guided me thru the process, explained my rights, explained previous court rulings/case law to help with strategy and used her experience to help me in my communications to my exes. She allowed me to be a partner in the process to help keep costs low. Her Agreements were well written and covered all the bases to protect my children, their future and myself. The originating applications thoroughly covered all the bases to create the ability to make future claims should negotiations break down and a judge would need to make the order. Unfortunately, a difference of opinion and work ethic with one member of her staff brought an end to our legal relationship.
