Doing a separation for a divorce. Parenting order in place, Only thing left was matrimonial property. After a year, and 7k, she has given up. She does not return emails. She does not forward responses to the other lawyer in a reasonable time. After getting a 4-way agreement, she typed it up with several errors (it took over a month), got my location wrong, used a template and did not change the lawyers name which the other lawyer corrected. She also got several points wrong that I corrected. / All she needs to do is take the agreement to court and get the judge to process it. - now I have to do that myself. / She did not know there is a limit on CPP sharing. Definitely not worth $300/hr
