I would not recommend Bailey Duller based on my experience.
In a family law matter involving my children, I ultimately spent over $150,000 in legal fees, much of it driven by prolonged conflict that I believed I was justified in pursuing based on the legal advice I received at the time.
The litigation style I experienced felt highly emotionally reactive and adversarial, with nearly every angle pursued to continue the dispute rather than move toward resolution. I trusted that continuing to fight, including rejecting providing support and pursuing further litigation, was the right course.
I now regret not stepping away sooner. The years of conflict damaged what could have been an amicable co-parenting relationship and created significant financial strain through escalating legal costs.
Family law should prioritize children and healthier co-parenting outcomes. In my experience, the approach taken fueled anger and prolonged the dispute rather than helping resolve it for my chil
