Shamim Aidun deliberately overlooked facts and evidence and provided disinformation in an attempt to make more money. Our agreement was he'd immediately revoke my sister's administration rights, make me the trustee as per my father's wishes and interview the lawyer who added my name to the land title. He did NOTHING! Instead he made more money for himself filing a counterclaim against the estate. Months later he finally tells me he hadn't heard from her lawyer since their initial filing, yet he wanted another $5K for the evidence stage! Telling me I can't be the trustee because I have an interest in the case. Strange because he emailed her lawyer the same request along with a copy of the will! He calls me on a Friday at 4pm and kept rehashing old points then charged me $300 for the call! Shamim works for himself, not the client. That's the sign of a BAD litigation lawyer. DO NOT hire this lair and crook! Karma will get him.
