My late Mom was accompanied by my sister when she met with Ms. Gandhi at Miller Thomson's Vaughan office. The appointment was to amend Mom's Will. My sister was instructed to leave the boardroom so Ms. Gandhi could speak with Mom. It took a couple of minutes for my sister to hear Ms. Gandhi raising her voice. My sister managed to get herself as close to the boardroom as possible, she stood behind a fake tree in the hallway & watched Ms. Gandhi slam her palm down on the table right in front of Mom's face. Next she heard the lawyer's yell & shout at Mom stating: "that's not the answer!" My poor Mom who suffered from Alzheimers could not recall questions posed to her & yet Ms. Gandhi still changed Mom's Will. I think everyone should look for complaints & speak to other's about her because she is causing elder abuse and not preventing it. She is too high strung & has no patience. I should have sued her & LawPro.
