I used Irvin for a child support / section 7 matter. He was very unorganized and had no confidence in front of the judge. My court order wasn’t detailed enough for maintenance to run smoothly. I believe he didn’t have the knowledge in family law to do a good job. Communication was terrible and there was a lot of going back and forth over emails for simple issues. Once he got my final payment it was like he refused to give me the smallest bit of help. Irvin did not hold my best interest in mind and only wanted the file closed on our last day of court. Irvin’s office assistant was nice to speak with on the phone but stay away from Irvin if you have a family matter. I think he should stick to selling real estate.
