She took a side from the beginning. Seems she does not really care about the purpose of the HRTO but just in diminishing complaints and moving on to the next. The whole thing came off biased and rushed. She did work at a management side employment law firm her whole career so I can see why.

I had a really frustrating experience with this lawyer. She was incredibly biased and didn’t listen to my concerns at all. It felt like she had already made up her mind about everything and wasn’t interested in giving me a fair chance. Communication was poor, and she didn’t seem very professional when it came to handling my case. Would not recommend her at all.
