Part 1: The Initial Exploitation
?(Part 1 of 6) I am providing this account to warn the public about the predatory practices of this firm. I am a person living on the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). Because my income is fixed and limited to survival needs like rent and food, I am extremely selective about professional services. I reached out to Caleesis Telesh for a straightforward insurance matter, expecting that a licensed professional would act with basic integrity. Instead, I was subjected to a "Bait and Switch" scheme that resulted in the loss of $1,000 of my survival income with zero work performed in return. Do not be misled by the high ratings on her Google profile. In my experience, these reviews appear to be fake or manipulated to hide the reality of her practice. A lawyer who actually serves the community with integrity does not need to hide behind a wall of suspicious, glowing reviews while her actual clients are left in financial ruin. Read Part 2 for more.

Caleesis initially presented herself knowledgeable and talked about her various experiences as a law clerk and now as a lawyer for cases like mine. I learned during the case she was very reliable and she did what she said was going to do. There were important points in the case where she had a good working rapport with her crown counterpart to initially help plead down and then after, she fought for my innocence after finding further critical evidence. Highly recommend Caleesis Telesh.
