Real estate agent recommended this lawyer, DO NOT USE! So many mistakes in the contract, took forever for her assistant to correct and pissed off when I pointed them out (one of which was an extra zero on het fee!!!!) Obviously did not review contract or tryst statements, so WHAT did we pay her for?! (Was NOT cheap). Took 1.5 YEARS (yes, years) to settle the trust account, send us our money and the real property report - and only after MULTIPLE phone calls. I should become a real estate lawyer because clearly competency does not matter.
