Please do not hire him for any of your legal needs.He lacks integrity and operates like a financial vulture, preying on vulnerable clients like me.
Barry Bussey demanded approximately $24,000,and gave me only two days to pay by Friday, August 2nd at noon,or he would refuse to represent me at mediation.
I had no choice but to let him go.
When I reviewed the $12,000 invoice, it clearly stated that payment was not due until the end of August.
Moreover, the retainer agreement I signed with Barry stated that I had30 days to pay invoices, after which interest would be charged,not immediate termination of services.
I had to scramble to gather the necessary documents,the mediation,since Barry failed to provide any of the required materials.I felt abandoned and betrayed by Barry. He backed me into a corner, leaving me legally unprepared for the mediation. Ultimately, I suffered financially and was forced to sell my home to settle the mediation agreement.
I urge you do not hire Barry W. Bu
