THought she was the best. Did not know my sibling was going to turn estate settlement into a contentious mess. She gave 1 mos notice of her retirement, and in that time sent an email claiming due to the risk/threat of litigation (apparently based on communications with my sibling that were NOT shared with me) they could no longer represent me as t hey did not do litigation. Also warned me prior if I communicated with my sibling directly SHE claimed I could make matters worse and they would drop me for not taking their advice. Never educated me as POA as to what records should be kept and how. Submitted a bill to the court for approx $7500 and I needed to find another attorney. One she rec. had no empathy or compassion so I had to find another. They get business based on their reputation. Told court bill was high due to my communication needs. IMO a load of you know what. Every email was billed at RRR Read Review and Respond. Easy questions to someone I dared to trust.
