Plethora of complaints, but my main issue is her lack of advocacy towards my divorce. During deliberation and consultation, I only wanted joint custody of our three children. We immediately begin discussing estate and assets,and have 2 years of ongoing mediation. Things were an amicable split between ex and I until Jillyn entered the equation. This law firm is strictly about quantity over quality.

Expeditious is a term Oshaugnessy should incorporate and value in her vocabulary bank. Time management is lacking on her behalf, at least with me as a former client. Receptionist is also inconsiderate within her firm. If this is the only attorney they have for family law matters, that’s pathetic. Stick to probate or estate sectors of law.

Grant kovalinka Harrison is jillyns employer. All staff is rude, obnoxious, and extorted. 2 years have passed with custody battles and other proceedings, and I’ve only made 3 court appearances. Zero progress since filing motions in 2023. I’m aggravated with the States’ family court system and this firm has pissed me off for the last time!!!!

Lazy and irresponsible. Crummy service from the moment you speak with receptionist, to discussing concerns with this sloth lawyer. Thousands of dollars wasted in legal fees with no recourse towards alimony support nor furnishing custodial arrangements. FIND ANOTHER FIRM, and NEVER MAKE EMPTY PROMISES ??
