Worst Experience Ever – Avoid Cohen Highley LLP
I would never recommend Cohen Highley LLP. My experience with Liam J. Thompson was an absolute disaster. What should have been a simple legal matter took over two years with zero progress. Despite repeated follow-ups, communication was terrible—emails ignored or dismissed. When I voiced concerns, Mr. Thompson refused to communicate with me, claiming I wasn’t his client (despite this matter directly affecting me). When I escalated to Laura M. Gurr, her response was equally dismissive and unhelpful. There is a complete lack of accountability, and it’s clear the firm doesn’t care about its clients. I’ve never encountered such incompetence, and I strongly urge others to stay far away from this firm.
