My siblings received Brittany's name from a friend to handle our late Mom's estate; whereas I said NO, we need to hire a lawyer with many years of knowledge as Brittany had two years under her belt. Do yourself a favor do not hire Brittany as her knowledge is incorrect. She told us that anyone could become an executor at any time and the other executors didn't need to know. She was adamant about this. It turns out she is INCORRECT. Consent is required from other executors. Her mistake gave my brother & sister the opportunity to steal money from our Mom's estate in the amount of $400,000.00. I sent a letter to Brittany & she did not respond on time. She has not acknowledged additional correspondence & now I have to sue her, LawPro & this firm for damages. Everything she did for my siblings & I was poor quality. Many things she said did not make sense to me. Brittany should stop practicing this law because clearly she does not understand it. I am very disappointed with her actions.
