I want to share my experience with a particular lawyer at Nussbaum Law, as I believe it’s important for potential clients to be aware of what they might encounter.
In my experience, he provided consistently poor legal advice, seemingly designed to prolong my proceedings unnecessarily. His court presentations were particularly troubling. I witnessed multiple judges express frustration with his inability to communicate clearly, requiring him to repeat himself on several occasions.
Additionally, I found that he charged excessive fees, often doubling costs due to mistakes he made in my paperwork. Unfortunately, his supervisor, Barry Nussbaum, did not intervene to address these issues. I was ignored repeatedly
If you’re considering hiring him, I strongly encourage you to run in the other direction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lawyer or Nussbaum Law as a whole. It would be in your best interest to seek representation elsewhere.
