Dealing with Mr Lakes was very unsatisfactory. Duplicate land title request was completed, however wrong dates were applied. Used a second time and the delays and mistakes were not only numerous but constant delays led me to make a trip from Toronto to Vancouver to just deal with the issues. To add insult to injury Mr. Lakes was not only dismissive but condescending and unapologetic. I would NOT recommend John Lakes.
