My real estate closing was on a tight schedule, mr. Shin took the work, and upon meeting him in person was intimidating. Work quality/ report calculations were off, i did not bother to call the office back with the errors in calculations. Will never use his firm for any real estate transactions. Also he weirdly leaked a transaction of a client which i thought was a privacy concern.
