Unfortunately Cenobar took on my case involving both my employer and union where I felt I was treated unfairly by both, and provided me with what would turn out to be poor and costly legal advice she recommended while providing drawbacks for legal advice she would in fact be permitted to follow through on as a lawyer from the very outset and without issue. The advice she recommended as a first step to resolve the matter so as not to lose my job (a demand letter to my employer) would have her profit from me financially and provide me with no results as a vulnerable employee already in distress. Nothing came of the costly letter as my employer was not obligated to follow it, stating my union is my sole representation as per the collective agreement in place. Cenobar reviewed all document evidence involving my case, including my union’s collective agreement prior to sending the demand letter to my employer.
