I retained Alyssa Weinerman of Epstein Cole LLP for my family law matter. She did not have the experience and competence to provide legal services. She pressured that response needed to be provided immediately to opposing counsel per their unreasonable demands, which continued to put me at a disadvantage. Alyssa offered conflicting and inaccurate legal advice, including advising me to relax conditions of my ex’s criminal probation order in place for my safety. She even insisted that I should complete and file the court documents on my own. My case only started moving forward when I retained another lawyer. Please save yourself the cost and aggravation and don’t hire Alyssa.
