I was coerced into a agreeing to use Ms. Beaton as a Parenting Coordinator. I was not given the opportunity to see her agreement before I was coerced in agreeing to use her. When I got her contract I was shocked. All one sided to promote secrecy and to ensure that she could not be held accountable for bad work. I had a lawyer review her contract who told me that anyone who signed her contract would be a fool. The mother's lawyer spent over $20,000 in an attempt to force me to sign an arbitration agreement and to give up my rights to seek justice in the courts. My advice is to stay away from this lawyer and a person who advertises herself as an arbitrator. I have a copy of her one sided contract and a letter from a lawyer of 35 years stating that her contract is bad, bad bad. I could say so much more about this bad lawyer but you cant post your evidence on this site but believe me if anyone from this site wants proof due to a complaint by Ms. Beaton, I will gladly give it to them.
