The Law Office of Brynde Berkowitz, PC was appointed to represent my son, and she truly went above and beyond. She took the time to thoroughly research the case, speak with relevant people, and understand the full picture, rather than just relying on what was presented in court. Her focus was always on what was genuinely best for my child.
At first, she came across as very direct and even a bit intimidating, but I came to appreciate that this was because she was committed to getting to the truth and not being influenced by pressure or louder attorneys.
What stood out most was her ability to cut through everything and push toward a resolution, helping avoid a prolonged trial and keeping the child’s best interests first. I’m very grateful for her work

Berkowitz is a terrible lawyer. An abysmal human being. Stay away and report this lawyer if you had a negative experience. She will lie, cheat, and mislead. She is a mountebank and a charlatan with no moral compass. Complete incompetence and a person who is a complete heteroclite. Stay away!

Lying, Cheating, Greedy, Incompetent and immoral. The court appointed her as the attorney for the children. The first things she tells me is that I'm presumed guilty until proven innocent (it's the opposite). She has lied in court multiple times and has intentionally acted against my children's best interests. I confronted her about how she was not doing her job. Her response was to try and bury me as much as she possible could even though it hurt her clients (my children). She only cares about herself, not the children she represents. She has been sued before for lying. She is a destroyer of families and only cares about making money and doing whatever suits her. Berkowitz should not have a license to practice law. She is dangerous. Easily, the worst, most morally bankrupt attorney I've ever encountered.
