Stelnick either doesn't know basic laws pertaining to CA State Licensed contractors or chooses not to disclose them to clients seeking her expertise--either way she refuses to admit that she advised me to pursue personal damages resulting from contractors faulty work. She also failed to inform me that the CSLB offers Free binding arbitration and that contractors must abide or face suspension or even revoked licenses . Ms Stelnick refuses to refund legal fees that exceeded the maximum amount allowed by CA State Law.
