Negative attitude as to proper copy of a will I had. Said it may not be admissible. Suggested I just go intestate and leave things be. Never suggested I find witnesses or the original. Questioned me as to seeking things testate and not just let it go intestate! It was relative’s wishes! Hired another attorney who respected my relative’s wishes/will. Long story short, original found, and probated, and copy would have been admissible also, had I not found the original too. Glad I hired someone else, less expensive and respected all our legal wishes to do the right thing.
