Kristin is a serious angel. She helped as the legal arm of my journey as I went from being abused and confused to thriving. I had a very long and extensive legal journey as part of my divorce spanning multiple years due to my ex trying to use the legal system against me. Through family law and civil law proceedings Kristin was with me every step of the way. She has always shown not only high quality work but also high quality care. No matter what curve ball my ex threw she was ready to throw it back. She is a strong no b.s. person with a strong character and I would highly suggest her if you are looking for a lawyer! I am safe, legally protected and free and I couldn't thank her enough for being a huge part of the solution for me. My son and I hired Kristin Mcdonald as his lawyer when his break up got ugly and his ex-wife was alienating the children and making unfounded allegations in court about his parenting. It was an unrealistic and horrible experience to see my grandkids and son go through this. Kristin knew how to support us in terms of legal proceedings, but almost more importantly, how to navigate the emotional roller coaster that comes along with a high conflict break up like this. She was there every step of the way and made this process feel somehow more manageable. She worked with us on budget limitations and gave guidance on what we could do to offset costs. We got through an intensive court trial and ultimately my son has his children back in his life, with long-term parenting/contact orders in place. We would hire Kristin again and recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.
