Sym-Anthony Davis, former Director of Youth Protection (DYP) lawyer for 30 years, currently represents clients in child protection matters. He spent his time correcting me, advising that I should consider the limitations of the process ie. Say nothing about serious errors and omissions. Eg. psychologist who was court ordered in June 2022 for a parental alienation assessment lied about completing it for two court dates (Nov and March). Assessor said to M. Davis that he formed his concusions having completed no clinical observation of me and no report. I instructed Davis to challenge him, 5 minutes before the hearing he quit leaving me to self-rep, and then sent me his bill. He also referred to the federal law (Bill C-92) as "nuance," ignorant and racist? Still thinks he represents DYP and it doesn't matter if they go off the rails, you're paying him to manage you out while the process of protecting your children is completely undermined--instituional fraud enabler
