I had a simple child support case that dragged on for almost a year due to multiple extensions. When we finally approached what was supposed to be the final hearing, my attorney, Sandra, unexpectedly agreed to transfer the case to a different county without my consent or prior notification—informing me only a week before the scheduled hearing. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process; she would take weeks to respond to my inquiries, if she responded at all. There were several instances where I received no response whatsoever. Additionally, it often felt like she advocated more for the opposing party rather than representing my interests. Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience.

Wasting over four months of my time and ultimately said I did not have a warranty issue. Ironically it was a warranty issue the entire time. Sent out a demand letter to the wrong party, it seems to have been lost in the mail anyhow. A complaint? She immediately suggests she will breach attorney-client privilege in revenge. Thought about reporting her to the state bar. Maybe I still will.
