At first, this lawyer looks strong and opiniated, and her website says she has a background working in a women’s shelter; You’d believe she would be the kind of lawyer to stick by your side. But if your case is too complicated, forget it. She’ll do everything to close the case, even saying there’s no jurisprudence for procedure another lawyer would recommand. Instead of beeing honest that the case is too much for her and recommanding to seek another one, she’ll insist to try and close the case even if it means accepting requests from the other party that are simply unacceptable. I now have to start over after signing an agreement that doesn’t solve anything and have mistakes in it. The abusive party won because she “would be ashame to go in front of a judge with these stupidity”. And it’s acceptable to negociate with the other party when their lawyer says upfront “I’m not the one to judge if my client’s requests are in the children best interests”. No best interests with her.
