Lawyer was not prepared in court. Jason also failed to ask for retro pay from father that was required to pay by law but had me settle. We previously had a full apt regarding this and Jason confirmed he'd be going after him. Dad makes over 3 X in salary then I do. Jason also kept pressuring me to give father all he was asking for, giving up primary care, and decision making in medical and sports when father had never taken our 10 yr old son to 1 Dr or dental apt EVER nor initiated any sports or extra curiccular activity. The list goes on but mostly concerned about this lawyer pressuring me with other lawyer demands and siding with her every request, all highly not in our child's best interest lawyer said in prior. I've had a lot of lawyers and this lawyer highly takes 1st place as incompetent. At the end I had complained to this lawyer, he sent me a letter placing all blame on me because I failed to catch any material change as per our discussion while in court. No apologies.
