Erin has twice lied to me or failed to inform about court dates and court filing dates. Dirty tricks against a severely disabled defendant in a domestic abuse case. I insisted that Duty to Accommodate truly is a fixture of Canadian law (um where do these lawyers go to school if they fail to inform clients that Duty to Accommodate is a real law?) and she began to registered mail notices but with false information within them, deadlines that had already passed by weeks, or false court file deadlines. Dirty tricks.
