I approached Derek with my circumstance on the 11th hour. He was the last counsellor I had brought this matter to, as the previous counsel either shied away, or were unresponsive. Derek moved mountains in matter of days, to inevitably have the entire case dropped within weeks. Beyond that, I know Derek to be a disciplined, hard working, compassionate, man. He has accomplished - to say the least - ever goal he has set for himself through the years, and that is a testament to his character, but moreover, his ability as a legal counsellor and what he can achieve for his clients - that includes me.
