I would give him a zero. Dave Rose is a crook. He took my retainer and used it up doing nothing. Then, when I called to ask a question, he suddenly started yelling at me that I was "micromanaging" him and he started yelling and cursing at me. Then, he told me he was quitting. I was shocked telling him I did not understand what was going on, explaining that I was just asking a question. It was later I understood he either hit a private deal with the opposing council or he is a nut case. Either that, or he just wanted a quick few thousand dollars because he had not even filed anything. Stay away from this unprofessional, greedy man unless you want to be treated like trash. Horrible, horrible law firm. Even his associate that was leaving said he was too difficult to work with. BE WARNED.
