The errors Niel Wolfish made at the last transaction costed me almost $7000. He did not do the title search on time, and failed to notify me that some scam company put a lien on the title. He then went along and carelessly paid that $7000 to a scammer. Again without telling me while doing this even on the day of closing. It has been some time now I’ve asked him to compensate me for his mistake. He ghosted me. No response whatsoever.
