She worked as a "special clerk" in the Superior Court of Quebec and THANK GOD she no longer works there. She was supposed to make a decision as a neutral party in a curatorship case but she was very biased in favour of the public curator. She conducted a trial on the merits in my father's kitchen where she and a CIUSSSS social worker interrogated me and my sister while forbidding me to have my lawyer present. She told me that if I refuse to answer their questions right there and then WITHOUT my lawyer, that I would be found "uncooperative" by the court. They then proceeded to rehash prior court judgements that had been found in my favour and forced me to answer questions that the prior judge told me I didn't have to answer. Me Morin also advised not to have a lawyer representing me at all and told my lawyer that she was no longer needed!! Me Morin tried to rule against me but thankfully my lawyer came out swinging for me. I almost had a heart attack.
