We have been working with Jay for over two years, and with Mincher Koeman for four years on a child welfare custody nightmare. Jay is always clear in communication, respectful and isn't afraid to speak up when you may be crossing the line - he is all about having integrity and his advice is always to have clean hands when going into proceedings so make the best choice with integrity. Every penny we have spent has been worth the representation and Jay goes above and beyond to keep costs down. We have yet to see Jay have a bad day and that's saying a lot considering how much we've worked with him. Jay will take good care of you, he and the rest of the team at Mincher Koeman have legit saved our family - they CARE about you and they make sure you know that. We've never had to ask Jay for an update or copies of things because they have always been sent in a timely fashion. Jay is an associate overseen by Lynsey Mincher who is an expert in child welfare law. They're all incredible, honestly
