Error riddled communications (he got a date wrong three times in two different ways in an important letter), unsupportive, seems afraid to take matters to court, kept forgetting major aspects of the case (I had to tell him three times I have a diagnosis for a chronic condition). Slow to respond to communication, unhelpful, never seemed to believe what I had to say, but believed EVERYTHING my lying ex said. On the whole it felt more like he was working against me rather than for me.
