This lawyer will do nothing for you .l made the mistake to hire this guy ,he talks the talk he will take your money. I think his game is to take down payments and just make you wait . Until you call him on it ,then he pretends to work on it. Makes fictitious billing and then pretends to give you a discount so you just go away and forget about your deposit . Stay away for this guy
