Horrific! I have so much to complain about it would take me more than the 1000 word limit.She will not return phone calls or emails. She will not include you in any communication with the other lawyer. I went through a terrible divorce and was passed onto Samantha because sadly my original lawyer became ill and had to retire due to an illness. I dealt with 2 separate files with Samantha and she did the exact same thing with both. I would get an email from my ex-husband asking me why I wasn’t responding to what his lawyer had sent 2 weeks prior, and I would be shocked because I had no idea something was sent for me to review. I would email Samantha and always got the same excuse. Oh I was just about to email you. After about the 20th time of hearing this I snapped and went to the owner of the firm and he was just as frustrated. She has no idea what she’s taking about, I have no idea how she was called to the bar because she incompetent. Don’t waste your time she is awful.
