I had a very disappointing experience with Sarnjeet Rai at Nordel Law Group. Throughout my retainer, I encountered unclear and inconsistent billing, repeated requests for payment before I received proper invoices, and a general lack of transparency about the work done. I have also made a formal complaint with the Law Society of BC regarding these issues, and it appears likely to be heading toward disciplinary action. I would strongly recommend that others carefully review their options and fully understand all charges and services before proceeding.
