For over the year that I had retained Daniel, he did absolutely nothing for me and my 2 children except make the situation worse and bill me for it. I was often "ghosted" or not replied to, resulting in situations spiraling out of control. When he would eventually reply and confirm that there was in fact an issue (without taking responsibility for his negligence), he would look at the evidence, tell me the other parents actions were unacceptable and everything else that you want to hear, only to roll over and cower without a spine after speaking with opposing council. He forgot keys issues and to file important documents. When he switched firms, I was informed I would be charged a specific increased rate only to find out later that the increase per hour would be higher than promised and had various hidden fees attached as well. I was forced to obtain new council instead. I could not be happier with the progress my new council made with the same information that was given before.
