Months of consultation and was to have moved forward with civil suit. Kurt delayed sending pleadings and ultimately never sent them. Promised date delayed, the further delayed date missed, pleadings were ultimately never sent. 3 months plus now. 5 different law office personnel contacted via email and/or phone. Admin assistant confirmed no life events for Kurt and she verified he has been consistently in the office working. The other parties are big players who have threatened, intimidated and bullied me and Kurt was made well aware of this. Now my property and family are quite possibly in real danger. I've been bilked out of thousands of dollars and still have money in my account with Severson/Porter. Huge ethics violations. DO NOT do business with Severson/Porter in Brainerd. They work with both sides of your case and they could put you and your assets in real jeopardy.
