I can't thank Lorraine Mlambo enough for the incredible help she provided me and my children with Child and Welfare Services. I initially hired Ms. Mlambo because she gave me a free consultation that lasted over an hour. Unfortunately, once I hired her she basically put me on the back-burner, using the word and referring to my case as "easier" because I didn't have kids involved. Regardless, I was still paying her to have my best interest, which she failed to do. The opposing counsel sent her an important email that she overlooked. It took her THREE WEEKS LATER to finally respond. She did close her office for two weeks during the Christmas holiday but had no one covering her caseload. Nonetheless she had the email for a full week before she took off for break. She knew she dropped the ball because she emailed me "please note that I would not take it personally should you wish to obtain new counsel." She even did a poor job apologizing by divulging other cases she was representing at the time, signifying again that my case was not as important. I was not impressed with how she handled my case to say the lease.
