She was assigned to my grandkids by Legal Aid. She did a poor job of interviewing them and other pertinent people in their lives, ignored obvious signs of parental alienation on the part of the father. Then, she reported to the court that they should spend 50/50 with their abusive father. She threw my granddaughter under the bus blaming the family problems on the 11 year old. She fell hook line and sinker for the manipulation of the abusive father. She failed to represent the children. In fact, in court, she sat with the father's lawyer and helped negotiate what the children did not want. Sadly you are better not having a lawyer than having Ms Sax represent you. Duty counsel could not be this bad.
