Jessie Situ is not a lawyer but just a paralegal . She usually handles tenant and landlord matters also the immigration matters. She misleads clients and explain issue in an indirect way so you are tricked by this unprofessional lady. She did this to clients because she wanted money and she wont share correct legal information to you unless you pay her . her attitude is also bad and she lives in her dream that she is a lawyer. it is a big joke . stay away from this lady and don;t trust her . she already has some bad reviews on her company facebook . she received business from real estates brokers
