Shazia umer doesn't have enough experience as a family lawyer yet she took my case which was high conflict and failed terribly she costed me a fortune in addition to failing even though I had a good case. I have been referred to her because she has a cheaper rate but she ended up costing me much more. A cheap lawyer is more expensive than an expensive lawyer. She was also unprofessional in the way she gave me my file she just put it unattended on a desk of another business instead of mailing it to me properly or handing it in a confidential way. Was always disorganized and forgetful

My experience working with Shaiza Umer is from consultation. I found her very professional. She came to our meeting well prepared, with citations and precedent cases to inform our discussion. I can tell she had studied my case and was ready to help me while caring for my best interests. She communicated things in a way I was able to understand and gave me clarity. I was very satisfied by the consultation process and her expertise.
