This lawyer works directly with his sister, Elena Mazinani, who has had her license revoked. In many cases, Ashkan Mazinani was aware of the abuse of power his sister displayed with many vulnerable clients dealing with difficult divorces/separation, that included young children. Ashkan lacked the ability to speak out and protect these vulnerable individuals, and continued to profit and support his sister through their shared business. Do not retain this lawyer or any lawyer from this firm. Protect yourself, your children, and your money. This firm should be thoroughly investigated, and all clients should be reimbursed for the severe damages caused.

This lawyer works directly with his sister, Elena Mazinani. He lacks ethics, and the ability to question orders out of fear from his own sister. He and his sister (Elena Mazinani) knowingly will take a case and make it more complicated just to make more money from clients- frivolous litigation. They are a dishonest firm, and he should be reported to the LSO. He and his sister severely mismanaged my case, resulting in further harm to my family, and they constantly threaten to sue you if you speak up.

Ashkan Mazinani is one of the best and very experienced family lawyer in Toronto.
