    | | 4/30/25 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email, I received no response, making it difficult to move forward with legal matters. Reliable and timely communication is essential when dealing with legal issues, and unfortunately, this firm did not meet those expectations. If responsiveness is a key priority for you, I would recommend considering other options. | |
    | | 11/6/22 | 1 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 2 | Tom Kelley was responsible for getting papers ready to sign for a 2nd mortgage. He had to come to my house four days later because he forgot one document. Then when he came I asked him to use a different void cheque than the one I had given him because it was solely in my name and it was my loan only. He took it and said yes it would be best to have just my name on the void cheque. So I waited and waited for the payment to come out on November 1st (2022), It didn't, I was worried sick! The lender said she couldn't understand it. It turns out that Tom had submitted the old void cheque for payment! If I had not had the funds to cover it, I would be in default on my 1st payment. Luckily I did but there is no excuse for this!!! Now I have to go back YET again with another void cheque to come from the right account. | | | |
