He said he was a seasoned lawyer when it was his second Trial. He failed to submit any of my evidence. I had to write the rebuttal questions for him and he refused to do this. I had to file an appeal but he refused to give me the transcripts so it was denied. My case is a longstanding 15-year case. Five years post-Trial, my Daughter has been fully alienated in a case that took 5 years for the "bomb" trial handled by James.

This guy is a liar, crook, hasn't got a clue what he's doing. Doesn't honor his agreements. Doesn't ever return calls. Only uses email. Screws your file up then charges you for an email to fix and direct him. Very shady. Legal idiot
