I hired Danny Katzman for my divorce and property settlement issues. Sadly, what could have been achieved in short order, was protracted in order to increase fees. My family and I were the ones to lose. Danny seemed to feed off our bones. He lacks compassion for people who are experiencing one of the most painful experiences of their lives, undergoing the dissolution of a family, kids being displaced and funds being depleted. I do not recommend him at all.

My experience with Danny was extremely negative. In the beginning he pretends to genuinely care about his client; however, as time progresses, it is clear that his bottom line is billable hours. He drags the case out to benefit himself, and not to promote the best interests of his client. It was frightening. His attitude is not kind or compassionate. He will assess the value of your home like a predator. He makes you feel very uncomfortable because you don't know the end bill. He's vague about the final cost because he does not want to scare you away. I cannot in all good conscience recommend him at all.

When a woman is considering divorce, she feels vulnerable and frightened. That is how I felt when I consulted with Danny. In my opinion, Danny is underhanded. He pretended to care about me, but he did not. He misled me into believing that fees were not a problem, but when I thought, this is too good to be true, I pressed him on fees, until finally, he asked me about my home. He would take his fees from my home. He should have been direct and upfront about that. I just wanted to know a ball park amount on what he would charge. Surely, a lawyer would know roughly what the fees are. In my opinion, Danny will say anything to get you as a client, and then, he will play games to increase the fees. People have a right to determine whether they can afford a lawyer or not. If he had been direct with me, I would have felt more comfortable about what I could budget for. I do not recommend him.

After my experience with my last lawyer, Daniel was referred to me by one of his former clients. He took my case, knowing what I was up against. As things elevated, my children became victims, however he assured me that my children would be safe. Additionally, he was beyond fair with the costs. I highly recommend him, he is great to work with, he listens to his clients. I am continued to be amazed with his performance and his knowledge in and out of the court room.
