Jeffrey D. Harvey (JDH) Knowledge: JDH is an Incompetent “I Know It All” Communication: JDH only communicates with the sycophants he surrounds himself: especially the numerous watchdogs promoting/protecting him at the Board & ELT level. Tenacity: JDH is focused on his approval rating and promoting fake awards, using staff time via one of his several Secretaries (AKA Executive Services Manager) to nominate him. Work Quality: Fired from first firm, JDH had his HS friend hire him as a unqualified Director of Ops as part of their plan for him to succeed her. Since 2016, JDH was reprimanded for poor work qualities at CLS: Naturally, he ascended to the role of Joke-CEO. Value:JDH demonstrates the value in how his hypocrisy can keep him be at the helm of his fiefdom. This is especially true as he selected certain cases, usually the male Veteran clients, to receive an inappropriate white glove treatment from the firm. JDH, like his mentor Kimberly, hires personal friends as Vendors/Employees.
