I hired Mr. Jack Downing to defend me in court on a Probate case. When the court session was about to begin, Mr. Downing then proceeded to go into another room, without me by his side when he is supposed to be the one representing me.
On the other hand I was placed in a room in which I could not hear the opposing party & or the attorney I was suing. Not being able to hear not even the Judge clearly due to all of the static. I brought this to the attention of Jack. He replied to me that he was aware of the situation of bad communication in at that particular room in which I was place. I then asked jack if I could be placed in another room for the court session he had stated to me no.
Second, Mr. Jack Downing did not use any of the evidence I gave him to prepare for the case. When the judge asked him if he had any question for the defendant he replied no. From that point on he did not speak for me not even saying a word to defend me in court.
